   Personal AI platform

   personal project, since 2019

   The entire layer around a language model, so that the model stays swappable and memory and working style live in my own system. Every tool has its own permission tier and critical actions need approval. Those limits did not exist from the start. They came after an agent in a loop had rewritten half a knowledge base. Eight to ten tools and external systems are connected, from home automation through the knowledge base to the calendar. Around thirty reproducible test scenarios check the whole thing, among them retrieval and permissions.

2. 02

   Project data from NAV into time tracking

   Lucas-Nülle, since 2025

   Every project from Dynamics NAV goes over a REST interface secured with OAuth2 into the HR system, so that everyone can book their time straight onto the right project. It used to arrive as an export and was reconciled by hand. The monitoring hangs off dedicated endpoints and I tuned the SQL side far enough that the reconciliation goes unnoticed during the working day.

   Scanner application for manufacturing

   I built the application and its link into the ERP and put both into production. Booking now happens at the workstation instead of at a PC at the edge of the production hall, and nobody has to cross the shop floor for a booking any more.

4. 04

   Local transcription pipeline

   Lucas-Nülle, since 2024

   Internal training recordings are transcribed entirely on our own hardware, so that no recording goes to an external service. I built the pipeline, it is in its test phase and two people have been trained on it by now. Whisper works with German set explicitly and Pyannote assigns the speakers. A domain glossary catches the terms from Business Central and NAV. The pipeline splits long recordings into overlapping segments and resumes at the last position after an interruption.

5. 05

   AI inventory and assessment under the EU AI Act

   Lucas-Nülle, since 2024

   Every AI application in the company sits in the inventory with its risk class under the EU AI Act and the internal zero trust baseline. On top of that runs an approval path with conditions and custom fields in Jira, so that it stays clear who approved what and for which purpose. I presented it to the managing directors and afterwards wrote it up for all employees.

6. 06

   Rebuilding the IT service desk

   The service desk runs on Jira Service Management. Rebuilt rather than customised further, because that brings it back close to the standard. I decide the structure, the workflows and the approval paths. 130 requests a month go through it, first-level support gets self-service and incoming requests are triaged automatically. A good 300 people across two companies work with Jira and Confluence.

7. 07

   Automated gate access control

   alimex, 2024

   The final project of my apprenticeship reads number plates in real time, matches them against a whitelist and a blacklist and drives the gate barrier from that. Access can be a one-off, because a plate set up that way drops out of the list after the scan. A dedicated interface lets somebody without technical knowledge manage the plates, a similarity search catches typos and access is role-based. In testing it recognised five vehicles reliably under changing light conditions, but it never went beyond the prototype.

8. 08

   Middleware, drones and a Discord bot

   freelance and on the side, until 2024

   Between the end of my apprenticeship and my current job I worked on my own account, on connections between existing systems and on image processing in Python. Alongside that I built obstacle sensing for drones over the years and a Discord bot with CI/CD that handles moderation and routine tasks.

9. 09

   Technical project management in client projects

   Next Levels, 2021 to 2023

   My job was running the client projects on the technical side, from the estimate through to sign-off. Frontend and content management in the same projects came with it. Among other things I worked on the websites of Mellerud, ENRA, Bike Discount and Vosdellen and on the Kumho Tire Europe app.
